The Role:

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join one of our partner Nurseries in Daventry. In this full-time role you will work alongside your colleagues to deliver engaging play and learning opportunities, always putting children's development, safety and happiness at the heart of what you do. You'll have the chance to build strong relationships with children, families and the team, helping every child to flourish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

• Act as a key worker: observe, assess and support children's individual progress and development.

• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, hygiene and well-being standards are met at all times.

• Work in partnership with parents/carers and other team members to share information and provide continuity of care.

Prerequisites:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.

• Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is desirable.

• Good communication skills (with children, colleagues and families).

• A passion for working with children and supporting their early development.
