We are looking for a dedicated and caring Early Years Practitioner to join one of our warm and welcoming nurseries in Kettering.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding childcare and education and wants to make a genuine difference in children's early years.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
• Supporting children's learning through play-based activities
• Planning activities in line with EYFS and children's interests
• Observing, assessing and tracking children's progress
• Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development
• Working in partnership with parents and carers
• Ensuring safeguarding procedures are always followed

Essential requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach
• Good communication and organisational skills
