About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team for on-the-day cover. This role involves supporting the team to provide high-quality care and education in a safe and inspirational environment. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure every child, family, and colleague matters by implementing inclusive practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to a child.
Support the team in creating a safe and inspirational environment.
Implement inclusive practices to ensure every child, family, and colleague feels valued.
Assist with daily routine and activity.
Communicate effectively with a child, parent, and colleague.
Requirements:
Qualified Nursery Practitioner with First Aid certification is preferred.
Unqualified candidate with a passion for childcare and a willingness to learn is also welcome.
Strong communication and teamwork skill.
A positive and proactive attitude.
