We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join one of our growing nursery team in Wellingborough.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children, takes pride in delivering high-quality care, and wants to be part of a supportive and professional team.

Your role will include:

• Supporting children aged 0-5 with their learning and development
• Planning creative, engaging activities that inspire curiosity
• Carrying out observations and contributing to children's learning records
• Supporting children's emotional wellbeing and social development
• Building positive partnerships with parents and carers
• Promoting inclusion, equality and safeguarding at all times

You will need:

• A Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
• Knowledge of EYFS and child development
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Reliability and a strong team ethic
