About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Room Leader to take charge of the preschool room (ages 3-4) in one of our partner Nurseries, on a full-time basis. You will lead a team of practitioners to deliver an engaging, high-quality early years experience.

This innovative, nursery in Corby promotes child-led exploration and creativity in an inspiring learning space. The setting is committed to professional development and has a strong collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and delivery of the daily curriculum

• Supervise and support practitioners in your room

• Maintain accurate records of children's learning

• Work closely with parents and management to ensure consistent care

• Safeguard and promote children's welfare

Prerequisites:

• Level 3+ in Early Years

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursery setting

• Prior leadership experience (Senior Practitioner/Room Leader)

• Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

• Confident, organised, and passionate about early education
