We are recruiting an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join a welcoming early years setting in the Sleaford area. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a confident early years professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.

As a Room Leader, you will play a key role in leading your room, supporting staff, and ensuring children receive a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the nursery room

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Support and mentor staff within the room

• Monitor children's progress and complete observations and assessments

• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

• Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are followed

• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Desirable)

• Has Worked in a Nursery setting before

• Previous experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner

• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Confident leadership and communication skills

• Passionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality early years provision
