Are you enthusiastic, caring, and eager to support young children in their learning journey? We're a warm and welcoming nursery in Northampton looking for an unqualified Teaching Assistant to join our team as soon as possible. No formal childcare qualifications are required - just a passion for helping children thrive.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A genuine interest in working with young children

• A caring, patient, and positive attitude

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliability and enthusiasm to learn new skills

• A current DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist staff in setting up and supporting fun, stimulating, age-appropriate activities

• Help ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times

• Support children's learning and development through play and interaction

• Work closely with colleagues and build positive relationships with children and families
