Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Physics across Key Stages 3,4 and 5 delivering engaging and challenging lessons.

  • Plan, prepare, and assess students' work in line with curriculum requirements.

  • Contribute to the development of curriculum materials and schemes of work.

  • Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.

  • Participate in departmental meetings, CPD, and whole-school initiatives.

  • Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.

About You

  • A degree in Physics or a related discipline.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

  • Strong subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Physics and science education.

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom-management skills.

  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
