Location: Newark-on-Trent
Salary: £31,607 - £34,607 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Start Date: September 2025

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher (ECT) looking for a fantastic opportunity to start your teaching career? This is a full-time teaching role with full planning, teaching, and marking responsibilities, providing the perfect opportunity to develop as a primary school teacher in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum to engage and inspire primary learners
• Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities, ensuring pupils make continuous progress
• Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where all students can thrive
• Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff to support holistic learning
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and school activities to contribute to the school community

Candidate Requirements:

• PGCE with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Passion for primary education and a commitment to delivering engaging and effective lessons
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching strategies for primary learners
• Ability to plan, teach, and assess pupils' progress across KS1 and KS2
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and organisational skills
• A positive attitude and a willingness to develop professionally
