Contract: Supply, Short/Long Term, Permanent

Pay: £120 to £150 DOE

Location: Medway

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/PGCE) or equivalent teaching qualifications.

  • Experience teaching KS2 in UK primary schools.

  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and ability to deliver engaging lessons.

  • Excellent classroom management skills to foster a positive and productive learning environment.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues.

  • Commitment to professional development and active contribution to the school's community ethos.

  • Passion for inclusivity, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.

  • Confidence in using technology to enhance learning experiences.

  • Strong assessment and progress-tracking abilities, using data to inform lesson planning.

  • A proactive approach to maintaining high standards of behaviour and promoting a collaborative classroom culture.

  • Understanding of safeguarding policies and commitment to student well-being.

  • Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and school events to support the wider school community.
