Salary: £130 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Suitable for: Qualified Teachers with QTS and ECTs

Simply Education are currently recruiting Primary School Teachers to work across a trusted network of welcoming and supportive schools in Lincoln and the surrounding areas. We partner closely with local primary schools to provide reliable, high-quality teaching staff for day-to-day cover, short-term bookings, long-term placements, and permanent vacancies. Whether you prefer the variety of daily supply, the consistency of a longer-term role, or part-time hours to suit your schedule, we take the time to understand your preferences and match you with opportunities that fit your experience and career goals.

With over 15 years of established relationships in the area, we specialise in long-term and permanent placements while also offering regular day-to-day work, giving you both flexibility and stability. Many of our roles can naturally lead to extended contracts or permanent positions for teachers looking to settle into a school.

Duties

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt teaching to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
• Assess pupil progress and provide feedback
• Manage behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations
• Work collaboratively with support staff and leadership teams

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• ECTs encouraged to apply
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible, reliable and proactive approach
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Ability to quickly build positive relationships within new school settings
