Salary: M1-M6 (Dependent on Experience)

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Position: Key Stage 2 Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join our team full-time on a permanent basis starting in September 2025. The successful candidate will have a passion for teaching and a commitment to creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Key Stage 2 students
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and positive behaviour
  • Inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential through engaging and creative teaching methods
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help students achieve their goals
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and collaboration
  • Participate in the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, events, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the school

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
  • Strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and effective teaching strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working as part of a team
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice
