The Role:

- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, ensuring progress and attainment
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to support pupil development
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies and maintain high expectations for learning

What We're Looking For:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching KS1 or KS2 in a primary school setting
- Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
- Passion for developing young minds and promoting a love for learning
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable teaching approach
