Primary Teacher - Sleaford

Location: Sleaford Area
Pay Scale: M1 - M6 (Dependent on Experience)
Contract: Part-time and long-term positions available

A welcoming and supportive primary school in the Sleaford area is seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join their team in the new term from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking to make a positive impact in a thriving school environment.

This role offers flexibility, with both part-time and long-term opportunities available depending on your experience and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing supportive and constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, promoting confidence, independence, and resilience
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour management and classroom organisation
  • Contribute to school life, events, and wider educational initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or is completing ECT Induction
  • Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (experience in mixed-year groups is beneficial)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and raising pupil attainment
  • Reliable, adaptable, and committed to professional development
