Primary Teacher

Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas
Contract: Day-to-Day Supply / Part-Time / Long-Term

Pay: £115 - £140 per day (depending on Experience)
Start: Ongoing

We are on the look out for dedicated Primary Teachers to work in a range of primary schools across the Lincoln and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available for day-to-day supply, part-time, and long-term placements, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.

This role is suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and making a positive impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.

• Follow school policies and adapt quickly to different classroom environments.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations.

• Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback where required.

• Work collaboratively with school staff and support teams.

• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of pupils at all times.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completing ECT induction.

• Experience teaching within a primary school setting.

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• Flexible, reliable and professional approach to teaching.

• ECTs are welcome to apply.
