About the Role
We are working in partnership with a number of primary schools in Gravesend who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to provide supply cover. These roles include day-to-day sickness cover and short-term assignments, offering flexibility while allowing you to work consistently within local primary settings. This is a great opportunity for a Primary Teacher who enjoys variety and making a positive impact across different schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to different primary school settings and routines
- Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Provide brief handover feedback to the school at the end of the day
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
- Ideally 2 years' teaching experience in primary education (but not necessary)
- Confidence travelling locally to primary schools across Gravesend
- A flexible, professional, and proactive approach
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
