Primary Teacher - Sleaford

Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Sleaford and surrounding Areas
Pay Scale: M1 - M6 (Dependent on Experience)
Contract: Part-time and long-term positions available

A welcoming and supportive primary school in the Sleaford area is seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking to make a positive impact in a thriving school environment.

This role offers flexibility, with both part-time and long-term opportunities available depending on your experience and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing supportive and constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leadership
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, promoting confidence, independence, and resilience
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour management and classroom organisation
  • Contribute to school life, events, and wider educational initiatives

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or is completing ECT Induction
  • Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (experience in mixed-year groups is beneficial)
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and raising pupil attainment
  • Reliable, adaptable, and committed to professional development
