Primary Teacher - Sleaford

Location: Sleaford and surrounding Areas
Pay Scale: M1 - M6 (Dependent on Experience)
Contract: Part-time and long-term positions available
A welcoming and supportive primary school in the Sleaford area is seeking a passionate and committed Primary Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced teacher or an enthusiastic ECT looking to make a positive impact in a thriving school environment.
This role offers flexibility, with both part-time and long-term opportunities available depending on your experience and preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing supportive and constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and senior leadership
- Build strong relationships with pupils, promoting confidence, independence, and resilience
- Maintain high standards of behaviour management and classroom organisation
- Contribute to school life, events, and wider educational initiatives
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or is completing ECT Induction
- Confident teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (experience in mixed-year groups is beneficial)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality teaching and raising pupil attainment
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to professional development
