Role Overview

Simply Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a Bicester primary school. This role involves full class responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, assessments, and attending staff and after-school meetings. You'll deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2, support pupils' academic and personal development, and contribute to a collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
• Plan, prepare, and mark work in line with school policies
• Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records
• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN
• Participate in staff meetings, parents' evenings, and after-school activities
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

Skills & Experience:

• Qualified teacher (QTS preferred)
• Experience teaching primary pupils across multiple year groups
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to plan, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
• Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
