Who We're Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you should:

✅ Be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education).
✅ Have experience teaching Key Stage 1, ideally in Year 2.
✅ Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
✅ Be confident in preparing pupils for KS1 SATs and ensuring they reach their learning milestones.
✅ Be proactive, adaptable, and a great team player.
✅ Be passionate about inspiring young learners and supporting their academic and social development.
