What You'll Do:

• Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality lessons

• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and leadership teams

• Contribute to classroom organisation, assessment, and wider school life

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teachers (QTS) or ECTs completing induction

• Confident classroom practitioners across EYFS/KS1/KS2

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Adaptable, reliable, and passionate about making a difference
