Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day

A lovely primary school in the Grantham area is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join their team after the half term break on 3rd November 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children's learning and development in a welcoming and nurturing school environment.

• Provide classroom support across KS1, or KS2

• Work with pupils individually or in small groups to support learning

• Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organisation

• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic progress

• Experience working with children in a school setting (preferred)

• A positive, proactive, and patient approach to supporting learning

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
