We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children thrive in a supportive and engaging learning environment.

About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support pupils in the classroom, helping them develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning. Roles may involve supporting the whole class, working with small groups, or providing one-to-one support for pupils who need additional help.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning
  • Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of learning resources
  • Encourage positive behaviour and participation
  • Support pupils with literacy, numeracy, and classroom activities
  • Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, patient, and supportive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine interest in working with children
  • Reliability, enthusiasm, and flexibility
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting is desirable but not essential
