Position: Psychology Graduate to work as Teaching Assistant

As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students to engage in their learning journey. You will have the chance to work alongside experienced educators and gain insights into the positive impact of educational psychology. Many of our schools have an on site clinical psychologist, providing you with a unique opportunity to observe and understand the significant support they provide to students.

Key Responsibilities:

-Support Learning Activities: Assist teachers in the classroom by helping to deliver engaging and effective lessons, ensuring all students are actively participating and understanding the material.

-Individual Support: Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who may need additional help with their studies or emotional well-being.

-Behaviour Management: Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment for all students.

-Resource Preparation: Assist in preparing teaching materials and resources to enhance the learning experience.

-Student Engagement: Encourage and motivate students to develop a love for learning and to reach their full potential.

-Monitoring Progress: Help track student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
