We are seeking a highly organised and efficient School Administrative Assistant to join the busy office team at a secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a vital role supporting the smooth running of the school, providing administrative support to staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support across the school.

  • Manage correspondence, phone calls, and enquiries in a professional manner.

  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.

  • Support staff with timetabling, attendance, and reporting processes.

  • Assist with organising school events and meetings.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant is essential.
