About the Role:

As a Science Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and/or Physics, tailored to meet the needs of all learners.

• Support pupils in achieving strong outcomes in Science by delivering the national curriculum effectively.

• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of science.

• Assess and monitor progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop curriculum resources and share best practices.

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through a PGCE, GTP, or Bachelor of Education, or be an ECT specialising in Science.

• Have experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4 (A-level experience is a bonus but not essential).

• Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and strong classroom management skills.

• Be organised, adaptable, and committed to professional growth.

• Show enthusiasm for encouraging young people to explore and understand the world through science.
