SEMH Teacher

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEMH Teacher to join a specialist provision in Kings Lynn, supporting young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a setting that prioritises emotional wellbeing, individual progress, and meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the needs of pupils with diverse SEND profiles

Support academic achievement alongside emotional and social development

Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

Monitor, assess, and adapt learning strategies to meet individual targets

Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Experience working with SEND pupils at secondary level (mainstream or specialist)

Calm, flexible, and proactive in managing classroom behaviour and engagement

Passionate about inclusive education and trauma-informed practice
