SEMH Teaching Assistant
Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk
Hourly Rate: £13.68 - £14.90
Contract: Monday - Friday (0830 - 1530)
Start Date: September 2025

We're looking for a committed SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision supporting children with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH). Our nurturing, trauma-informed approach focuses on helping every pupil thrive both academically and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with SEMH needs in and out of the classroom
• Assist with learning, behaviour, and emotional development
• Work one-to-one or in small groups
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive school environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with children/young people (SEMH/SEN experience a bonus)
• Calm, adaptable, and resilient
• Builds strong, trusting relationships
• Passionate about inclusion and wellbeing
