💼 Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (with potential for permanent placement)
📋 Salary: £31.650- £42.000 per annum

We are proud to be working on behalf of a welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in King's Lynn that is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people with a range of complex needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.

The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Collaborate with a strong team of SEN professionals and support staff
Monitor and assess pupil progress and development
Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
A nurturing and resilient approach to teaching
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
