📍 Location: King's Lynn, Norfolk
📅 Start Date: ASAP / September 2025
💼 Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term (with potential for permanent placement)
📋 Salary: £31.650- £42.000 per annum

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher looking to make a lasting impact in a supportive and nurturing school environment?

We are proud to be working on behalf of a welcoming Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in King's Lynn that is seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teacher to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people with a range of complex needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and SEMH.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEND

  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Collaborate with a strong team of SEN professionals and support staff

  • Monitor and assess pupil progress and development

  • Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  • Experience teaching pupils with special educational needs (SEN)

  • Strong classroom management and differentiation skills

  • A nurturing and resilient approach to teaching

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply for one)

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils
