About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with SEN.
• Support pupils with a range of learning needs, adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with SEN support staff to create an inclusive classroom environment.
• Implement and review EHCPs to ensure student progress.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with SEN students in a school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction.
• A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to teaching.
