SEN Teaching Assistant - Special Educational Needs School (Redbridge)
Pay: £95 - £110 per day
Contract: Full-time or part-time (up to 5 days per week)
Location: Redbridge, East London
Start date: Immediate or flexible start

About the Role:
Work with children and young people with a range of special educational needs (including ASD, ADHD, MLD, SLD, and SEMH)
Provide 1:1 and small group support in and out of the classroom
Assist with learning activities, behaviour support, and personal care where required
Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet each student's individual needs
About You:
Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school or care setting experience desirable)
A patient, compassionate, and resilient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about inclusion and helping every child reach their potential
Open to graduates or experienced support staff alike
