Are you a compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Peterborough that is looking for an experienced TA to join their dedicated team.

The Role:
Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, ADHD, and communication difficulties
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
Build positive relationships with pupils to support their emotional, social, and academic development
Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a calm, nurturing learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to meet individual learning plans
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a SEN setting
Strong understanding of different learning needs and behavioural strategies
A caring, resilient, and flexible approach to working with children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Commitment to safeguarding and supporting vulnerable learners
