Salary: £95.64-£100 per day

The Role:
We are looking to appoint a passionate and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with special educational needs both in the classroom and during day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges.
Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver personalised learning plans.
Encourage the development of social skills and independence in pupils.
Assist with personal care where necessary (training provided).
Maintain a safe and positive environment at all times.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children with additional needs (in school or other settings).
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, education, or SEN (desirable but not essential).
