The Role:
We are looking to appoint a passionate and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children with special educational needs both in the classroom and during day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with a range of special educational needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges.

• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to deliver personalised learning plans.

• Encourage the development of social skills and independence in pupils.

• Assist with personal care where necessary (training provided).

• Maintain a safe and positive environment at all times.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children with additional needs (in school or other settings).

• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.

• Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, education, or SEN (desirable but not essential).
