Simply Education is currently recruiting for a committed and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Lincoln on a day-to-day supply basis for the new academic year.

Role Overview:
Starting in September 2025, you will support pupils aged 4 to 11 with a range of special educational needs in both 1:1 and small group settings. You'll play a vital role in helping learners access the curriculum, manage their emotions, and thrive in the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted support to pupils with a variety of SEN, including autism, ADHD, speech and language challenges, and emotional needs

• Assist in delivering engaging, differentiated activities

• Support children's social and emotional development throughout the school day

• Encourage independence while maintaining a safe environment

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience supporting children in a primary or SEN setting (school-based or equivalent)

• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach

• Confidence in following behaviour support strategies and adapting to different classroom needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
