Role: SEN Teacher (Full-Time / Long-Term Opportunities)

🌟 What We're Looking For:
✔ Qualified Teacher (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
✔ Proven SEN experience - SEMH, ASD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, or complex needs
✔ Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
✔ Strong understanding of EHCPs and differentiated learning strategies
✔ Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
✔ Resilience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with SEND pupils
✔ Commitment to promoting independence, confidence, and positive progress
✔ A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain)
