SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) | Beaconsfield | January 2026 Start
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join a welcoming school in Beaconsfield, starting January 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about leading high-quality SEN provision and supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage SEND provision across the school
Oversee EHCPs, IEPs, and SEN reviews
Work closely with teaching staff, parents/carers, and external agencies
Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice
Provide guidance and support to staff to promote inclusive practice
Monitor progress and outcomes for pupils with SEN
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
SENCO qualification (or equivalent experience)
Minimum of 1 year UK experience as a SENCO or working in an SEN leadership role
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice
Excellent communication and organisational skills
