SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) | Beaconsfield | January 2026 Start

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SENCO to join a welcoming school in Beaconsfield, starting January 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed professional who is passionate about leading high-quality SEN provision and supporting pupils with additional needs to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage SEND provision across the school

  • Oversee EHCPs, IEPs, and SEN reviews

  • Work closely with teaching staff, parents/carers, and external agencies

  • Ensure compliance with the SEND Code of Practice

  • Provide guidance and support to staff to promote inclusive practice

  • Monitor progress and outcomes for pupils with SEN

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • SENCO qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Minimum of 1 year UK experience as a SENCO or working in an SEN leadership role

  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and best practice

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
