Pay: £88.92 - £100.53 per day (dependent on payroll choice)

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sports Coach to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students. This role involves using sports and physical activity as tools to engage and inspire students, helping them develop essential skills and build confidence.

As a Sports Coach, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging sports and physical education sessions tailored to the needs of students with SEND.
  • Use sports to promote teamwork, resilience, and self-discipline among students.
  • Build positive relationships with students to support their emotional and physical well-being.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to incorporate physical activity into the wider curriculum.
  • Inspire students to explore new activities, challenge themselves, and develop a love for staying active.

About You
Are you an energetic and compassionate individual with a passion for sports and education.? You should:

  • Have experience coaching or leading sports activities, ideally with children or young people.
  • Hold relevant qualifications in sports coaching, physical education, or fitness (desirable but not essential).
  • Be patient, empathetic, and skilled at building positive relationships with students.
  • Be enthusiastic about using sports to motivate and inspire young people, particularly those with SEND or barriers to learning.
