The Role

As a sports coach, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to deliver structured physical activities that support pupils' emotional regulation, teamwork, and confidence. Key Responsibilities

• Delivering structured sports and physical activities as a sports coach

• Supporting primary and secondary pupils inside and outside the classroom

• Using sport to promote positive behaviour, teamwork, and emotional regulation

• Providing one-to-one and small group support during PE lessons as a sports coach

• Supporting pupils during transitions and unstructured times
