Simply Education are looking for passionate and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work on a supply basis across primary schools in the Grantham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for recently qualified teachers to gain hands-on classroom experience, develop their teaching practice, and explore a variety of school settings before committing to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 (based on experience and preference)

• Adapt to different classroom environments with confidence and professionalism

• Follow lesson plans provided or prepare lessons when required

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and promote a positive learning atmosphere

• Build strong relationships with pupils and school staff

Requirements:

• Completed or currently completing your ECT induction

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills

• Flexible, reliable and enthusiastic about working with children
