Job Title: Supply Teacher / Early Career Teacher (ECT) - Primary Schools

About the Role:
Simply Education is looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across primary schools in the Lincoln area. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, explore different school settings, and enjoy the flexibility of supply teaching.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with the school's curriculum and policies

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment

• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different pupils

• Provide feedback to colleagues and support pupils' progress

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing ECT induction

• Strong classroom management skills

• Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for teaching

• Ability to work across different year groups (KS1 & KS2)
