Simply Education is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team in Sleaford. We work with a variety of primary schools in the area that require support staff for day-to-day and longer-term roles. This is a great opportunity to gain experience, work flexibly, and make a difference in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons and activities

• Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning

• Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning

• Assist with classroom setup, displays and general admin tasks

• Provide care and support for pupils with additional needs, where required

Requirements:

• Experience working in a school or with children (either paid or voluntary)

• A passion for supporting children's learning and development

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A flexible, proactive and positive attitude
