Pay: £88.92 - £100.53 per day (dependent on payroll choice)
Start Date: September 2025

The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Support Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is integral to helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.

As a Support Assistant, you will:

  • Provide targeted support to students with SEND, both individually and in small groups.
  • Assist in implementing personalised learning plans that address academic and emotional needs.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students to help them gain confidence and manage challenges.
  • Support students in gaining qualifications (e.g., SATs, GCSEs) and participating in vocational activities such as beauty, catering, and life skills.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.

About You
You are a dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting young people. You should:

  • Have experience working with children or young people, especially those with SEND or additional needs.
  • Be patient, empathetic, and resilient when working in challenging situations.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be adaptable and committed to helping students achieve their potential.
