A well-regarded secondary school in East, Kent is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join their successful Science department. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who can inspire students and bring the subject to life in the classroom.

🔬 The Role

As a Chemistry Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable)
• Support students in developing strong scientific knowledge and practical skills
• Deliver well-structured lessons that inspire curiosity and critical thinking
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
• Contribute to the wider Science department and school community

🎯 The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Have strong subject knowledge in Chemistry
• Be confident teaching practical experiments safely and effectively
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
• Be passionate about improving outcomes and inspiring students
