The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, fostering a passion for mathematics and helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging mathematics lessons that align with the school curriculum
- Provide support to students to ensure they meet their academic targets
- Promote a positive learning environment through effective classroom management
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of teaching strategies
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on student progress
What We're Looking For
- A qualified Teacher of Mathematics (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience teaching mathematics at secondary school level, ideally across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
- A passion for education and helping students succeed
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
