About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join a large, thriving secondary school in Islington. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, fostering a passion for mathematics and helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging mathematics lessons that align with the school curriculum
• Provide support to students to ensure they meet their academic targets
• Promote a positive learning environment through effective classroom management
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of teaching strategies
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on student progress

What We're Looking For

• A qualified Teacher of Mathematics (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience teaching mathematics at secondary school level, ideally across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• A passion for education and helping students succeed
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
