Salary: £19,067 - £19,370 Annually (Actual)
Contract: Temporary, Part time (30 hours/week)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistant to join our team to support the teaching team across a primary school in Royston.

Key Tasks:

• Safeguard pupils and promote their welfare.
• Encourage positive behaviour and focus.
• Build strong relationships to foster personal and academic growth.
• Help deliver lessons and adjust activities as needed to reinforce learning.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in education.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant for a minimum of 6 months.
• Basic ICT skills for communication and record-keeping.
• A proactive approach to assisting students.
