Teaching Assistant - Primary Schools - Full Time - Grantham

Simply Education is currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support local primary schools in the Grantham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference in children's education and who are keen to work in a rewarding and varied role.

This full-time position offers the chance to work with learners aged 4 to 11 years, supporting pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. Whether you are experienced or looking to start your journey in education, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting teaching staff in the delivery of engaging lessons

• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support

• Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils where required

• Supporting children's educational and social development

• Working collaboratively with the class teacher and other school staff

Role Details:

• Location: Grantham and surrounding areas

• Age Group: 4 to 11 years (EYFS - KS2)

• Pay: £82.08 to £96.96 per day

• Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Contract Type: Long-term supply with potential for permanent opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children (in any setting) is desirable

• A patient, caring, and adaptable nature

• A genuine interest in supporting children's learning and development

• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (or have one on the Update Service)

• References to cover the last 2 years of work or study
