Full-Time Teaching Assistant - 1:1 SEN Support (Skegness)

Simply Education is proud to be working with a friendly primary school in Skegness, seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in KS2. This is a fantastic full-time opportunity for the upcoming academic year.

The Role:

  • Contract: Full-time for the full academic year

  • Start: September 2025

  • Focus: Supporting a KS2 pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning, develop confidence and make progress both academically and socially.

  • Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to adapt learning materials and implement tailored strategies.

About You:

  • Ideally have experience supporting children with SEN in a primary setting.

  • Patient, empathetic and resilient, with a genuine desire to help children reach their potential.

  • Confident in building positive relationships with pupils and staff.

  • Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check.
