Teaching Assistant - Grantham

Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)

Simply Education is looking for a Teaching Assistant to support a lovely primary school in the Grantham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a welcoming team that values enthusiasm, teamwork, and a passion for helping children succeed.

• Provide classroom support to the class teacher across KS1 and KS2

• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and engagement

• Assist with classroom activities and help maintain a positive learning environment

• Encourage children's confidence, participation, and progress

• Has prior experience working with children within a school setting

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

• Demonstrates patience, adaptability, and a caring attitude

• Works well as part of a team and builds positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Has a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

• Supportive school environment with a friendly staff team
