Teaching Assistant - Newark-on-Trent

Location: Newark-on-Trent and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Work 1:1 or with small groups to assist children's learning and development

• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation

• Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (preferred but not essential)

• Flexible roles across a range of schools in the Newark area

• Dedicated consultant support and ongoing professional development
