Location: Grantham and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Long-term / Supply
Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (depending on experience and role)

• Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Assist teachers with classroom activities, lesson preparation, and learning resources

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where needed

• Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and academic progress

• Experience working with children in an educational setting (desirable)

• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting learning

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2/3 (preferred but not essential)

• Passionate about helping children reach their full potential

• Flexible roles across a variety of supportive primary schools

• Continued support and professional guidance from an experienced consultant
