Pay Rate: £82.08 - £96.96 per day (dependent on experience and role)

We are always on the look out for enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join primary schools in the Grantham area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a friendly and supportive school environment, supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

Key Responsibilities

• Support classroom teachers with planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Work 1:1 or with small groups to enhance pupil learning and progress.
• Promote pupils' confidence, independence, and active engagement in learning.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and safe classroom environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children (preferably in a school environment)
• Caring, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
